Create a default date configuration tool

It would be very useful to create a tool that allows the definition of a default date. When you select a date by default, it automatically appears on the form. In this way the user would not have to keep looking for the dates in each month of the year to know which day there would be availability.
Example:
Imagine my tour has only one departure date in the year. On September 10, 2019.
If I can select this date by default, the user would not have to go through every month until arriving in September to select the only option we have available.
Can you create this option to facilitate our work and the user experience in the website?
