create external link after add to cart

Hello,
usually I use this plugin to refer the customers to another affiliated link after add to cart

for example when client click add to cart, the client go to amazon product to buy from there.
but it’s not working in your theme, how to fix that?
I want the client to be able to book the tour but from external link ( in some tours ).
