CRITICAL ISSUE WITH THEME – URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED

I purchased the theme, installed main theme and child theme, installed demo, installed and activated plugins. All was well until I went to theme options.

Received the following error message.

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

My webhost did some troubleshooting and said that the issue is with the template and provided this item as the issue.
