Custom CSS for specific page is not working

Hi there,

I am having trouble disabling an element on a specific page. https://www.contore2.brightdev.co.za/tours/ is the page I am having trouble with.

There is a wordpress plugin I am using where I can add custom css to each page.
I am trying to add something like this top_site_main {display:none;}

This works on any other page but not this page. I assume there is an override somewhere in theme options but that is not working as well.

I even tried editing the css files directly with .page-id-246.top_site_main {display:none;} but that did not work either.

I please need your help.
