Customization on Tour Page

Hi,

I would like to be able to add additional fields on the single tour page. I need a feature where I can set Pickup Location and basically based on the location the person selects from a drop down, an additional rate is charged. Almost similar to the current feature you have where differen rates are charged per day. How can I accomplish this? I’m strapped for cash but what would be the cost to implement this. Should be a fairy simple operation.
