Demo import not working well

Good day everyone,

I’m having a problem with importing a demo.
First off it got stuck for hours at 99%.
I closed the tab and after a few hours I tried installing again,
then it finally got imported! but the demo is missing some essential details, which is very frustrating!

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? and why this happens
