Disappointed

Hi there,
I have opened two tickets, both are not resolved, yet you guys acting like all is well.
The site is in production, i need quick fixes as the client is waiting,
Why did you close the ticket “No mobile menu”? i can’t see the mobile menu at all

Also, the ticket “Can’t access theme settings”
you’re telling me to go: Appearance => Customizes => header where is no such a thing in my customizer, there is no header secton.
Plus, the ticket for the theme settings not the customiser

I need a quick repsonse and solutions for both tickets.
