Edit Search box titles

We have created a Platsic surgery booking website using TRavel WP http://plastic-surgery.phuketdreamcompany.asia/

How can we edit all the search boxes on this site so it says “search Surgeries” instead of search tours?

And change Tour name and Tour Type to Surgey name and Surgery type in drop downs on search?
