Error While Importing Theme

I get an error message when importing the theme. I talked to my providers.
error: wp_remote_get() failed. Please contact your hosting provider. cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5000 milliseconds

I installed it once yesterday but had to interrupt it.
I tried to reinstall it today but it gives an error.
