Generate voucher

Hello, I offer products where I have a free sale. So there are enough vacancies. The plan is that after successful payment a voucher should be generated from the order data, but without price. So: How do I control that from the customer data and mandatory additional inputs a voucher or a confirmation as a PDF is generated and emailed to the guest.
