Help!!! – Tours Page WPML Translate

I’m using the WPML plugin for site translation. I solved various problems encountered but I can not solve the problem of the link to the Tours page (set as shop page).

When I click on tours in Italian I see the tours to select, when I click in Spanish or English a different page appears. The tours page has its translations.

What should I set up?
Can you help me please?
