How to change the Video slider ?

I want to change the video slider with a video which I have saved in my PC with exact width and height. (I also uploaded the video on youtube). I have replaced the original video_slider which was on the index.html with the video I want to use and I allocated the same name to that. I went to my notepad editor put the new source src code but this is not working. How can I do pl?
