How to excatly upgrade tamplate?

    Hello,

    I have 1.0.1. version of Travel Wp theme. I got link in email to download update, but I didn’t understand how to excatly update my theme?

    Do i need to overwrite it via ftp?
    Will it overwrite my custom CSS?
