I need booking button should be a pop up. Kindly do it.

In the above screen there is booking tab is there. i dont want that booking tab as constant button. I needed that booking tab as pop-up , means wherever customer goes in any tour page, there this BOOKING tab should follow like popup ( i think we can do in contact form). Kindly do it for me.
