I would like to auto select a date in the booking form

I know that many users requested this feature and one user got his topic resolved but unfortunately the topic was private so I can’t see the answer.

Consider that I have a tour that will have only 1 day available, I would like that day to be selected by default in the Date field under the booking form of the trip. how can I achieve this?
