Incomplete downloaded theme

Hi all
I have downloaded a Hotel WordPress Theme, and it comes incomplete. No fotos to be edited/removed, no slide bar, no reserve bar or booking engine. No nothing insight. Just a little texts in a main page.
Please, how can i do?
