Issue with date picker in booking form

Hi,

I am having couple of issues i am trying to fix in Date picker.

1.) I need the date format in DD-MM-YY instead of YY-MM-DD

2.) I don’t want the site to automatically pick today’s and tomorrow’s date and when i select start date the calendar automatically switches to end date picker which is confusing.
When user clicks on start date calendar should open without any date selected and it should close when a date is selected. User manually clicks on end date and calendar pops up to select end date. I think this is handled by this javascript located at “wp-content/plugins/hotel-booking/assets/js/frontend/hotel.min.js” but i am unable to find the function to edit or disable.
