Minimum stay feature

Hi there, Continuing this conversation from themeforest comments.
We need a minimum night stay option. For ex. if we set minimum 2 nights for a room it shouldn’t be bookable/available for a single night.
Can you develop such option? if yes how much you will charge? Thanks
