Multiple issues with top bar, side bar

Hi,

I’m having some issues customizing the top bar and side bar for any other page than home.

1. The side-bar is hidden behind the top bar:

2. The top bar can be made transparent and sticky on the home page, but it doesn’t work on any other page:
– On tour archive page it’s sticky but not transparent
– On single tour page it’s neither sticky nor transparent

3. Where are these offers in the side bar from ?
