Payment Issue of theme 4

Hi,

I have two small questions about the payment issue of theme 4.

1) How do my guests only need to enter the information once at the tour booking without switching to the check-out page and re-enter the information again?

2) Why can the template check-out page show like this? While my page was converted into a logo.
