Plugin not working

Hello, I have installed the plugin to use on https://www.therusticretreatkasauli.com/

The plugin page where we integrate the shortcode is coming blank.

While adding a product, even the hotel tab as shown in documentation is missing

Integrated search on this page – https://www.therusticretreatkasauli.com/all-hotels/

Results are blank anyhow. How can I send you the login of the backend for you to check the same
