PROBLEM WITH THE LOCATION MAPS

Dear,
I have two problems. Both are related to the problem of failing to set location. The first problem: I enter the address, latitude longitude and save. Once I go to the page, however, I do not see the location box.
The second problem: In some tours the location box appears but also changing the coordinates is always set on the southampton coordinates.
I look kindly like your answer.
Do I have to download some plugins?
