Questions about tours

My first question is: How do I make the adult and child prices look like in the picture? It always shows me the number of tickets and when I delete the price of the tour, it deletes the reservation form.

My second question is: When I have more than two price options, for example, tickets and adults at the end of the purchase, tickets are always zero and does not show the price and the date selected for booking. Attached image
