Removing WP Bakery edit from showing

Im having trouble removing the automatic text that comes up from the WPBakery plugin, how can i remove this from showing up on all pages?

Also does anyone know what is the exact dimension of the image that is the background for breadcrumbs on all pages, I have tried to change this image from the theme setting however i fear you need to use the exact size.
