Search filter not working properly

Hello!
My search filter is not working properly. If I search by destination, it does not show any tours/packages that have that attribute, hence, I cannot filter them as I need. Website is here: http://kulturore.al/dmc/ and is still under development. Is it a known issue? Any fix about that? You need more information?
I’m on a tight deadline, so any fast help would be highly appreciated.
