Search Tour issues desktop / mobile

I have a site with the “Search Tour” just below the navigation in the home page. Looks Great in desktop view.

But when it shows on tablet or phone display it changes to the ” Search Tour vertical version” and it covers most of the page and the content.
How can I fix this issue?
I would be willing to accept no “Search Tour” in the mobile for the Home page.
