sending email when book the tour form is submitted

Hi,
I am trying to send the customer details to the admin when book the tour from is submitted. I just want to send the email and i do not want to use any other checkout functionality.
The email is not being sent. I have entered the email address of recipient in new order email in woocommerce settings and have also set a redirect to tours page in tours setting.
Please guide me on how i can achieve this.
