Show categories

I would like to show just the categories photos and/or more information on a grid and than when the user click on a category the system will show all tours from this category, is it possible?

Example:

List of category (A grid of photos from categories with clickable link)
Brasil ! Argentina ! EUA
When the user click on Brasil category, the links will open a list of tours from this category.
