Slug for tour pages

Hi,

The parent category for my Tours is: Travel Tours
Currently I have only one sub-category: India Travel Tours
Check this

In Setting >> Permalink >> I changed the Custom Base of Product Permalinks to : /travel-tours/
Check This

The individual tour page goes fine:
https://talktravelapp.com/travel-tours/bir-billing-fly-trek-camp-tour/

But the sub-category page gives: the 404 error not found.
Ideally this page should list all the tours of the given category.

How can I solve this?
I want the slug for the parent category as: travel-tours
And then the slug gets added, depending if it is a page or an individual tour.

Please help.
