Theme and woocommerce update causing problem

Hii,

Whenever we tried to update theme to the latest available version 1.0.9 and woocommerce to the version 3.3.4 or 3.3.3, the right sidebar of the page Rooms & Suits become invisible for example Filter by Price become invisible. Also most of the images thumbnails in Homepage and in other pages become different in sizes and that looks to odd. PL Help.
