THEME OPTIONS NOT WORKING ON LOCALHOST

HI, am using a local host 127.0.0.1 to design my website using the Travelwp. challenge is the theme option does not work. I checked here for support and the idea was, you clear cache and reload, it only worked once. I reinstalled a fresh wordpress and started afresh and it worked fine for sometime but not it is frozen, cant seem to move past it. The travelwp logo is gummed on my homepage. I even deleted the source of the logo but its not moving. Please guide me.
