Title and H2 Style Not "Sticking"

Hello,
I have set our website to use the font Open Sans Bold 700 using Theme Options–>Typography–>Title Font.

However, when the page loads on any broswer, the correct font will flash and then it will revert to what looks like Arial. Please see my screencast here –> https://www.screencast.com/t/NtckalnQgKHe

I have cleared my cache and tried in “Private Browsing Tabs” I have the same result every time.
