Tour Default Image Gallery Navigation

Is it possible to add left and right navigation arrows or buttons to advance from one slide to the next using the tour gallery feature? Without advancing the filmstrip of thumbnails?

Also, can a vimeo or youtube hosted video be used as a slide?
