Tour/Itinerary Item # format disappear

Not sure if the theme got updated lately. My Tour/Itinerary Item # format disappear?

Sorry the content is in Chinese, but you could see on the second tab (Itinerary), the number is not formatted. It was in a circle, changed when cursor moves on it.
