“Tour Reviews” block seems to be broken

“Tour Reviews” block seems to be broken, I looked into the code but it’s probably a mistake from the theme author.Can you investigate it, as I added and configured it as it should, but it’s not showing any reviews, most likely it’s a mistake you their code.
