'Tour Type' pages not appearing

Hi, I have created my own ‘Tour Types’ and allocating each product to them. However, when I go into a single product page, then click to view one of these ‘tour type’ categories, I am redirected to a location with only the website footer appearing. I have gone into the ‘Tour Type’ editing field and made custom changes, but this doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Could you please let me know what I have done wrong or take a look to resolve the problem?
