Tout Theme Crack wordpress site over and over

This theme is broken and I have troubleshoot it over and over without getting any help from the support, even those we have asked and sought it. Every time I try to install the theme it result in a critical error that breaks the site and I have to go to my hosting to delete the theme and try to re-install it. But no matter how many times it stills breaks.

So I am asking that in light of this I receive a full refund and the theme be removed till it is corrected so as not to fools others to buy this theme
