Tring to Change the Word – " Travel WP "

Tring to Change the Word – ” Travel WP ” in home page . But could not make out how to change it. Also I an new to Word press a simple explanation will be appreciated.

Also Can we add one more Tag to page tours – As of now we have ” Description ” ” Itinerary ” “Reviews” . I would like to add one More Like ” Hotels Offered” or so.
