Trying to add this code but breaks the website

Hello, hope you are well. We are tring to add this code to a fee pages on our website but each time I add it, it breaks the website. How can we add it please? It is just an email sign up form using our new email platform. I am unable to add the code here as Wordfence keeps blocking
