(Urgent) Shop widget is not working

I have tried to use the shop widget for the sidebar but I am not allowed to amend. Whenever I enter dashboard>apprearance>widget
and try to amend it appears like this

As it is a essential function for my e-shop so please help to fix it otherwise I cannot use this theme. Thanks
