Visual Composer & Revolution Slider

Hello,

I would like to know what happens when both Revolution Slider and Visual Composer plugins needs to be updated ?

Do we have to buy separate licences ?
Or will these plugins be updated when you update your theme ?

And, by the way, will your theme still get updates even after the support period ?
