Why the downloaded theme and the demo page not look exactly the same?

I imported demo home page 4. But it doesn’t look like the home page in http://travelwp.physcode.com/home-4/
I checked the css file and they’re different: http://travelwp.physcode.com/home-4/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/physcode/physcode_travelwp.css?ver=1532935608
The search form on the home page 4 only have two fields “Tour name, destination” and “Tour type”. While the demo page of physcode.com has 2 other fields “Destination” and “Month”.
Is the downloaded theme on Themeforest not the latest one?
