Change Booking Form | Inputfilds

Hi

I wouldlike to add some new Booking Form Inputfilds. Or also Option like “Yes, i have a Travel Insurance..”. Or other Options like “Add CO2 Permission”… Where can i customizie, edit and add inputfilds for the Booking Form?
