Do we have a code for Slider Revolution when we buy your theme

Hello, Couple of things:

Do we have a code for Slider Revolution when we buy your theme? We just realised that we did not register it yet and it is asking us for a purchase code? Do we or can we use the code from Envato that we got when we bought your theme?

Also We are about to purchase a second of this theme on about June 10th and covert our other Thailand business to you theme because we like it. BUT we have a few unanswered/ unsolved questions/ tickets that we have submitted recently. We just really want to try to resolve these couple of matters asap because if we cannot there is no point in buying another one of your themes. PLease help, we know you are busy.

Please help us resolve our other couple of tickets too.
