Import Demo not working

Hello !

I’ve been looking for an answer to my problem on many websites, and on Physcode support page of course, but I can’t find any solution by myself…

I just bought Travel Tour Booking WordPress Theme. I followed the steps indicated in the documentation. When it comes to Import the Demo with the one click, the load bar stays on 0% and button says “Please wait”.
I tried the second way following the 6 steps. It updated only the footer, not the rest.

I’m working on a WP staging version of my website.

Any idea of what i can do ?
