Payment Setup Issue

Hello, I bought the theme a few days ago it’s nice but I cannot setup the payment method (direct bank transfer). When I book a room, neither the customer nor the me (site owner) receives an email. My expectation was the following:
1. A customer wants to book a room, enters informations includind payment informations;
2. Payment is processed
3. The customer is notified by email
4. The site admin is notified by email

But unfortunately this is not the workflow I am seeing and I can not at all make payment in the system.
Could you help please ? Thank you in advance.
