There’s is an error due to an issue with the theme

Hello,

I have tried to go to “Theme Options” page inside WordPress but it says that there’s a critic error on the web due to the theme Uray. So I can’t modify anything, and this is not the first time it happens, the last time it blocked the web page and it was impossible to buy anything from it.
