tour variation problem

hello, i add several tour variation in the package. but then i dont the price of variation increase when i tick the variation. i want to make the variation price only when i tick the variation.

example:
tour package 1= RM2500
VARIATION A = RM2900
VARIATION B = RM3200

so, when customer choose variation A, the price only become RM2900
I DONT WANT IT INCREASE WITH THE TOUR PACKAGE 1. I DONT WANT IT BECOME RM2500+RM2900 WHEN I TICK VARIATION A.
I ONLY WANT THE PRICE SHOWN RM2900 WHEN I TICK VARIATION A.
