video player/ search tab/ language issues

Hello, i’m not an expert so I have these 3 issues listed below:

1. The search is not available for tags even though when I click on a tag it shows me all the articles that have this tag. Can we implement the tag in the search button.

2. The default video player has download button, can somehow disable it?

3. THe language is english, but the site I want to make is in german, can at least the archive months to be replaced into german words?
